The Online Study Experience; Is It Worth It?
In three minutes, I’ll tell you why it is worth taking an online course.

“It always seems impossible until it’s done.” Nelson Mandela

By now, you are familiar with online tools and platforms to learn new knowledge and experiences for some necessary reasons, e.g., lockdown policy, traveling cost, and schedule.
Several years ago, we questioned the concept of online study — we questioned the experience it could provide and how it could be arranged.
However, we’ve come to understand that online learning is possible — for many reasons. The experience provided is beneficial both for the speakers and for the listeners.
Online study makes the world seem smaller — this way, we learn more efficiently. Moreover, it has become the new normal by now.
The starting point of an online exploring journey.
I had no experience with learning online until the COVID-19 pandemic happened earlier this year. (I wrote about my direct experience in Spain here)
Government lockdowns were the starting points for online learning experiences.
We have no learning until we are doing.

I got an opportunity for a 12-week experiential learning program with GIC iX through a scholarship from Harbour.Space University in Barcelona, Spain.
This program helped me to formulate my real-life startup project.
I received valuable mentorship, not only from Harbour.Space’s High-Tech Entrepreneurship Programme, but also the Entrepreneurship program from Stanford University, which took my project from ideation to the go-to-market.
Key Learning from GIC iX
1. No one believes you until you do it.
2. No one can help you except yourself.
3. Believe what your customer does, not what they say.
4. Don’t try to be the same as others — try to be yourself.
5. Be faith in your idea.
This experience transformed me greatly and positively.
This has been one of the most memorable events in my life.
It is valuable. ❤️
